Terms of Service
Last updated September 25, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Mobile Issues apps and mobileissues.com. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you use Mobile Issues for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you’re allowed to.
Your GitHub account
Mobile Issues works with your GitHub account. You sign in on GitHub’s own page, and the app can only do what your GitHub account is allowed to do. Your use of GitHub is also covered by GitHub’s own terms. You can revoke Mobile Issues’ access at any time in your GitHub settings.
Your content
Your issues, comments, boards, and projects belong to you (or your organization) and live on GitHub. Mobile Issues only reads and changes them when you ask it to. What we store to run the app is described in theprivacy policy.
Plans and payment
- Mobile Issues is free for public repositories and for private repositories on your personal account.
- Private repositories owned by an organization need a paid plan, billed per user monthly or yearly at the prices on the pricing page.
- Paid plans renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- We’ll give notice before changing the price of a plan you’re paying for.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Mobile Issues to break the law, to break GitHub’s terms or rate limits, to access repositories you’re not allowed to, or to interfere with the service or other people’s use of it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Mobile Issues running well, but it depends on GitHub and on app stores we don’t control, and it may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or stop features, and we’ll update these terms when that affects you.
No warranty and limits on liability
Mobile Issues is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Mobile Issues in the twelve months before it.
Ending your use
You can stop using Mobile Issues at any time by signing out, deleting the app, and revoking its access in GitHub. We may suspend access if these terms are broken. Your work stays on GitHub either way.
